New Adventures Awaits in Northern Norway and Sweden

Being back in Norway does not mean that the fun is over. Rather the opposite I'd say as we now are going to travel around in Lyngen, Sarek (National Park in Northern Sweden), Øksfjord, Lofoten. Today we're meeting up at the school in Alta to plan the trip to Lyngen in Troms. On Thursday we're heading off making a basecamp and doing day trips for 6 days. Then we got about 2 weeks when we can do our own projects before we again meet up at the school in Alta to plan the trip to Sarek - a 10 day trip with tents. Later on there will be trips in the area around Alta and northern Troms in midnight sun and slush snow. Now is the time for testing the knowledge we hopefully gained in Switzerland and Canada, how to assess the avalanche risk, safe route planning, dealing with different groups and its dynamics. I think we're going to learn a lot the next two months as we'll be constantly tested. By end of May we finish the course. More pictures will be posted in due time....Feel free to leave comments.
